How are you mitigating boxes arriving warm?

In partnership with our internal Food Safety team, packaging resources, and shipping carriers, we monitor and work on preventing warm box deliveries. We have temperature testing in place with a third party lab to work on optimizing our external packaging and keep boxes cold, and we have a team closely monitoring customer feedback to ensure we put action items in place to create a smooth delivery and quality experience for our customers!
