How do you handle allergens?

We have strict allergen handling and labeling procedures with checks in place for ingredients and finished products. Our allergen ingredients are stored and portioned separately from non-allergens. In case allergens are portioned using shared equipment or utensils, our production partners clean and test the equipment for allergen residue between line changeovers.
