We perform rigorous temperature testing with a third party lab to ensure we are using the correct number of gels to keep food cold as well as work with shipping carriers to minimize the shipping time of boxes.
Our production partners maintain a cold chain with ingredient receipt all the way until boxing; any ingredients that fall outside of the temperature range upon receipt are not used. Our partners also ensure that gel packs are fully frozen at 0 ℉ during packing to minimize thawing in transit
