We perform rigorous temperature testing with a third party lab to ensure we are use the correct number of gel packs to keep food cold, and we work with shipping carriers to minimize the shipping time of orders.
Our production partners maintain a cold chain with ingredient receipt all the way until boxing; any ingredients that fall outside of the temperature range upon receipt are not used. Our partners also ensure that gel packs are fully frozen at 0°F during packing to minimize thawing in transit.
