How long do they stay fresh in my fridge, and can they be stored in the freezer?

The meals will stay fresh for at least 7 days after arrival, however, it can depend a bit on the meal itself which is why we’ve added a ‘best by” sticker on each of the meals you’ll receive.

Our recommendation would be to keep the meals refrigerated vs. freezing. For optimal flavor and experience, our meals are best enjoyed fresh within the date range on the product.
