When will you charge my card?

We'll charge your card on Wednesday morning the week before your shipment is scheduled to arrive.

You’ll see a pre-authorization hold on your card Wednesday morning—this is a temporary authorization hold and will appear as a pending charge.

Purple Carrot uses an authorization hold to confirm funds are available for the upcoming delivery. The authorization hold is removed from your statement by your financial institution when the charge is captured on Wednesday night.
