Just need a break? We get it. As an alternative to permanently canceling, you can pause your subscription for 6, 8, or 10 weeks! You can accomplish this by selecting the “Pause” option instead of the “Cancel” option when following the instructions below.

1. Log into your account and head to your My Account page in the icon drop down on the right.
2. Navigate to the Subscription page, and click “Change Subscription." There, below the Pause option, you'll see “Cancel Subscription.”
