If your box has not arrived on the anticipated delivery day, you can always find the most up to date information regarding your box on your tracking link. This can be found on your Upcoming Deliveries page via "My Dashboard" or the Track package page. Unexpected delays can sometimes occur, but our shipping partners will do their best to deliver your box on your anticipated delivery day.
Please keep in mind, our shipping partners typically have a delivery window of 9AM-9PM daily.
When to wait: If your box is less than 24 hours late, please hold off on reaching out to our Customer Experience team. Our boxes are designed to keep your ingredients fresh for at least 72 hours while in transit. If your box arrives late, we encourage you to inspect the ingredients in your box and to let us know if anything is amiss.
When to contact us: If your tracking link indicates that your box has either an exception or has been discarded please let us know.
