How much do Extras cost and how many servings are included?

Extras cost $18 each. Breakfasts include 4 servings (at $4.50 per serving), and lunches include 2 servings (at $9 per serving). 

Want more servings of something? You can add multiple of the same breakfast or lunch items to your order!
