Our Registered Dietitians conduct our nutrition analysis using nutritional software, per serving, and based on "as cooked" ingredients. Our team uses the nutrition information provided from our manufacturers and USDA nutrition information for fresh produce to conduct the nutrition analysis of our meals.
If you think the protein seems high, good news—it is high. Our Culinary and Procurement teams prioritize sourcing ingredients that provide additional protein when possible because we know it’s an important nutrient to make sure plant-based eaters are getting enough of.
