To ensure freshness and prevent spoilage, we recommend storing leafy greens in open produce bags within your refrigerator. We often find it helpful to add a paper towel or cloth inside the produce bag to trap moisture and improve air circulation. Once you’re ready to use these veggies, make sure to rinse thoroughly—especially between the leaves.
If you’re not planning on using fresh herbs right away, you can wrap them in a piece of paper towel before placing them back in their plastic shell or place the stems in a glass of water.
