Are the prepared sauces in the Less Prep meals included in the nutritional information?

Yes! All prepared sauces are included in the overall meal nutrition information that is included on both the recipe cards and the individual meal page on the website or app.

You can view nutritional information for each meal on the Menus page. Click the photo or meal name and then View Full Nutrition Label on the right (for non-subscribers).

Subscribers can also find this information on their Upcoming Deliveries page by clicking the photo or meal name and then View Full Nutrition Label on the right.
